2010 M90 on an 8 GT?

2010 M90 on an 8 GT?
I like how the new M90s intake inlets are on the right side, rather than on the left resulting in a shorter intake passage. Also the '10s have a larger intercooler.. any reason why this kit will not work on my 08, provided that the it is re-tuned?
