I have the same problem but on my doors. Probably three dents in all from other car doors (previous owner didnt keep the car to safe it seems). I took of my door panels to try to push them out but i couldnt get any movement. Then again i was trying to reach behind my window and couldnt really push to hard, you might have better luck if you can manage to get behind it

Look up your local ' Dent Wizard' . I had them do my door after some arse banged the heck out of it . Came out perfect and only cost $100

seach google local and put in key word 'Dent' plus your zip code.

Dent Wizard is great when the paint isn't chipped and the metal isn't stretched.

I have a small dent on my front bumper also. I tried the Dry ice paintless dent removel method and it did not work for me. I may need to go to a professinoal. the dent is so barely noticeable that I've hessitated for fear it will get worse.
