Tim, it looks great.

I'm an Upstate NYer as well. I miss the fall and winter at times. But since I go visit every year I get a taste of what I left behind and remeber why I live in FL now. I am headed up to Albany next week for 14 days

Thanks for all the nice comments.

Looks like I should have sanded it first. It looks great but chips easy. I think a power washer will wreck it!

I'm going to pressure wash it Saturday, sand it and redo it!

I really like the way it looks.
