I simply bought the 35% and the 20% or whatever
I am going to hold them both against the break light and see how they look.

Then I'm gonna return the one I decided not to go with.
That simple. As long as the roll is not cut you can just glue the packing back together and return it to Wal Mart for a refund

KcMstang what kind of tint film did you buy and where did you get it if you don't mind me asking.. the film that did NOT stick?

yes I used the write up to a T. It took me a few hours from start to finish and have yet to polish it. I ended up making it too dark the first time around so I took some acetone to it and stripped it off and started over and it came out a lot better the second time around. I ended up using 5 coats of VHT and its super dark so I wouldn't recommend anything over 5 coats. If im not too tired tonight im going to wet sand it and buff it.

Sorry if I missed it but did you say you DID spray some sort of solution on the tint before applying it or no?

(I.E. dish soap or anything)

^yeah i used 20% from walmart too, all i used was dish soap and water. took about an hour to do both tail lights, if you mess up just throw that piece out and do it again.
