Default Disabling airbag warnring light when removing seats with side airbags

I am converting my 2009 Mustang to a dedicated road racer. I have some corbeau seats on order.

If anybody who has removed seats with side airbags and added racing seats can give me some pointers I would really appreciate it.

you need to install airbag bridge resistors to close the circuit, ford part# XF2Z-14B022-AA
retail $12.91 ea
The seat side air bag bridge resistor is equipped on vehicles without seat side air bag modules.

THANKS! Just ordered it from Troy Ford via Amazon after searching Google for the part #. Man, I love the Internet!

I installed the resistors. Now instead of being on all of the time, the air bag warning light blinks.

Any ideas?

bump, I used a $100 per side airbag testing module to make it disappear, it would be nice if there was a cheaper solution. Too late for me though but others could use something better.

Tip of the Month, October: Do not buy the $730 Roush Exhaust which a Mangnaflow rep says costs to $117 make (polished, all ss), buy the $170 Roush Exhaust Tips estimated to cost $46 to make and weld them to another company's muffler. This also lets you choose how your car sounds.

what is the code the light is blinking (example 1 pause 3 is code 13) this will tell you what is the next problem that you need to correct.
