Default Did I get Cheated?

I ordered a tire and wheel package from cruizinconcepts.com on August 14 and I received two emails that had my invoice as attachments. I however have yet to receive any shipping information. I have emailed them asking for my order status, but have gotten zero replies.

Doubt that. That is a very good vendor. I'm sure you will have your stuff soon.

Three phone calls later and being redirected a few times i found out my my wheels got held up being transferred from one warehouse to another and they should b delivered some time next week.

I have heard that cruizin concepts is a very good vendor, that's why i ordered through them, and after dealing with the people on the phone i can understand why they have this reputation.

great news. I always hate stories of people getting burned. But cruizinconcepts has always had a good name so I was surprised by your post. But, hey, if GM can go under, so can anyone. But glad it all got worked out. Sometimes even in this day and age of e-mails a call can work wonders.

I ordered a set of Shelby CS-40's from Cruizin Concepts and received the same series of emails as described. Don't worry about CC your order will get to you, my order took a month, but Mike told me that from the start.
