front grill and fog light kit

anyone know what front grill and fog light relocation kit this is or would you need the whole bumper?

its the stalker front bumper and yes to my knowledge you need the whole bumper. The fogs won't mount in a stock bumper without modification.

Yeah it is part of the bumper and staggolee you're correct it is made by Cervinis.
