So is this T1 hood, just the PJ, without the headlight splitters, and "lower grill towers"? I love the PJ front, but dont like the splitters

Pretty much. You could have the body shop sand off the splitters, but I left them as is. My 10 year old wanted me to add splitters along time ago, I was 50-50 on them. No way was going to pay the prices they wanted. Since they came part as the bumper, I choose to leave them on.

Default t1 Front bumper

i work at trufiber and i thint it looks good for the price, its better then going and spending over 1000$ for a gt500 bumper, dont get me wrong i would rather get the gt 500 front end but for the price you cant beat it.We have done test on that bumper and it does not brake that easy, the carbon fiber chin spoiler helps it alot, and yes you can remove the lower grill to install the gt 500 grill , its a good way to go TRUST ME.

IMHO the Trufiber piece simply looks BAD. The lower grille opening extends too far to the sides and looks VERY clunky with the smaller upper grille, and those supports in the lower grille sure don't scream "Mustang" (More like something a ricer would do with PVC plumbing pipe...)

If you really want something like this, I'd go with the Saleen Heritage/PJ fascia. Same basic idea, but the balance is much better visually.

I'm thinking about getting the T1. I think the T1 lower grille opening matches the upper bumper shape much better than the PJ. Its true that the T1s lower grille shape looks a bit odd with the upper portion, but so does the PJs. I do prefer the symmetry of the GT500 bumper but its too expensive. But the GT500s bumper is not the point of this thread, is it. I think my Agent47 upper grille will compliment the T1 lower grille quite well.

Does anyone know what fills the round holes in the T1 bumper? Is the splitter/chin on the bottom of the bumper included in the T1s $350 price or is it extra?
