I know it's to late now but when I installed mine I needed to move the front area of the driver side fender out a little to have an even gap along the hood. Everythig else would just need to be transfered to the new hood...washer noozles, hood striker, and blanket (if you so choose).
Enjoy it, it's a subtle but noticable change.

Well fought with the hood and halo lights all night it seems. The hood is on and it looks damn good. The lights were a PITA. I tried to call CDC earlier today, but they were closed already. i hoped to get it on this weekend, but that won't happen it seems. I'm irritated that they wouldn't send something as basic as templates and instructions considering what i spent with them. The hood just went on, put the thing on, bolted it down and it was perfectly aligned with no issues.
the fender well did manage to eat one of the bolts for the hood hinge though when it fell out while i was tightening it. Anyone know what size they are so i can run to Lowes tomorrow and pick a new one up?
I was pretty irritated myself when I didn't get and of the hardware or instructions. But they sent it out fast and I was satisfied. The spoiler has a clean look to it. Very unique.
There are no templates guys. CDC aquired the remaing stock from a company called Quantum-Tecstar. QT got the stock when Unique Performance got busted.
Here is how I did mine. Forget those metal pegs. Unscrew them and throw them away. I used about half a roll of 3M Automotive Moulding Tape (with 3M adhesion promotor) and put about 20 6" strips on the spoiler. Then I put the spoiler on the car where it belongs (without removing the red backing tape yet). I marked where the spoiler lines up with masking tape so I could get it in the right spot (all three parts). Then I carefully laid the large part on the car, and when it was perfect I pushed hard to make sure it was on. Then the small parts went on the same way.
If you use the right 3M tape and adhesion promotor...it will NEVER come off.
