If you are really worried though get the factory hid's and they can't do anything cause they are LEGAL!

Why not just get some from retrosolutions in 5K, make sure you have the bulb shield, if not get them coated so as not to blind other drivers. There really isn't anything that comes close to HIDs as far as light output is concerned.

Retro-Solutions 55W HIDs
6000k bulbs

not really sure why people above where knocking the 6000's, they look pretty damn white to me, and have a real nice cutoff. haven't gotten flashed yet. the night i put them in, i even ran into a LEO at a gas station and asked if he thought my highbeams were on or not. To which he replied not at all, and nice car!

so there ya have it, retro-solutions bulbs are a little different on the color scale, both 5000k and 6000k look stunning and i recommend this kit as it went in within 20min no problems.

I'm running 4300 heads and they are legal, as far as fogs I'm doing 6000's, there is no limit as far as I CAN tell on fogs legality. there are so many bmw, infinitys that way brighter than me, stangmods posts legal all states.

6000K fogs... Now there's a real irony. 6000k and dark, lousey weather just don't mix.
