Wowsers. Awesome stuff. How did you do it? Spray paint?
thanks. yes, just 1 can of duplicolor 500degree engine paint and 1 can of duplicolor 500 degree clear, 6 bucks per can i believe.
i used brake cleaner and a metal bristled "toothbrush" to get the grime out of the crevices.

i left the calipers mounted and just masked them really well.
yes, gold rocker stripes are in the future...stay tuned.
Still curious as to how you painted, is removing them easy or should i jstu tape off around them if i paint mine? I still dont know what color i want to paint mine yet
I painted mine and just tapped off around them. use index or playing cards to stuff under the brake pad. There is a write up somewhere on here how to do it. The biggest part is to make sure they are very clean before you do it or it will all crack off. i used a wire brush, steel wool, and about half a can of brake cleaner per caliper. then about 4 to 6 light coats of color, then a couple coats of clear gloss.
If you take the rotors off you ahve to bleed your brake lines when you put them back on.
