There are OEM parts that are not manufactured by Ford, but are used by Ford when they assemble the car. In other words they are original equipment on the car. An aftermarket part is manufactured by a company other than the company that supplies the part to Ford.
To further complicate it a bit, an OEM might also manufacture parts that were not used by Ford, but the manufacturer might say they are an OEM. So both the company and the particular part need to have been used by Ford for the part to be considered truly "original equipment."
