its a donation that goes to chp officers families who got hurt in their job. and basically with that 1800 dollar donation you, get this plate frame. so when u do get pulled over, cops know what it is, and they tend to let you off with a warning. even if you are speeding. look it up at the ferrari forums and lambo forums, you'll see its no bs.

It would be easy to snatch those off cars. Id be scared to get that thing stolen lol. I bet people sell em on craigslist?
you can put deadbolts on the license plate where you screw it onto, and no1 will rip it off your car. thats why i still have mine lol
