No it will not work on a V6. The V6 will require different tune parameters. They do sell them for the V6. Go to Brenspeed to see what models are offered.

edit: I stand corrected, I guess Brenspeed doesn't sell tuner set ups for the V6. I'm sure someone does, just not Brenspeed. Sorry about that.
