You may have to get it calibrated to your specific ECM code which can be done via email and a serial cable. Otherwise, it should work on all 05-09 S197's
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tuner or the CAI. I returned my car to stock and therefore the tuner will work on your car. I don't know about V-6's though.
