the 7140 only works for the 05/06 GT's. the 07+ require the 7145. i've been dealing with this also bud. i have a brand new one that i'm trying to get rid of, good luck with the sale.

This tuner can be updated for free to work on 2007+ Mustangs. Just download and install the software from Diablosport's website. I have also updated the ad with my contact number.

are you sure about that? cause i thought i could do the same thing but was told by someone who actually did it that they had to send it off to diablo and pay a small fee to swap out the load from a 7140 to a 7145. honestly dont know but i hope you're right, however, i dont believe you are.

ok, did a search on the diablosport.com forums. This was a response from Phil, one of the service techs.
"There is no way to turn a u7140 into a u7145 by doing a download. I'm pretty sure our sales department has a trade-in program in effect. From what i understand they will give you $99 trade-in towards a new predator. If you give them a call they can give you all the details on this program."

Well, if that is the case, there are still plenty of 05 and 06 Mustang owners out there that might need a Predator for their GT! Still for sale.
