I'd think it would be a blast to drive, but I'm N/A so I can't speak from experience...I was planning on going that route though with a KB or Whipple. I know I've seen quite a few guys with twin screw and a high stall on the forums and they seem to love the set up. Where are you located in CA btw?

Thanks for the response. What's the stock stall speed? 2800? I would just want to avoid spending money on something that wouldn't be a big change from stock.
Stock stall speed is 2500 from what I've read, though I have been told is actually slightly lower than that. A 3000 stall will definitely make a big difference from stock, though its not overboard like the 3500 I had. I'm not too far from you (Lakewood), I can offer you a better price on the converter if you want to pick it up or meet somewhere.
I'm very tempted. How hard to install on a trans that's out of the car? I'd imagine it's pretty easy lol. PM me what you're thinking pricewise, I might just pick it up from you!
Yeah, with the trans already out of the car it would only take a few minutes to install. PM sent on price. If you pick up, bring the Chevelle if you can...me likey Chevelle's lol
