I had a PI 3500 stall converter...went back to stock. This is my daily driver and I got a little carried away with the stall speed I think...3000 would've been perfect, but I'm thinking about selling the car so I'm trying not to do anymore mods for the time being lol.

If you're mechanically inclined then it's a possible DIY, though you'll need the alignment tool to properly align and mount the converter to the flexplate. Some people have just slapped them on without any problems, but you're supposed to use the tool.

I might be interested in this. I've got the motor and trans out of my car and separated and might as well do this mod...how would it be on a twin screw built motor car?
