The spots on the pipe, would they get worst and possibly leak?
The kit is 100% complete including all hardware. It's a well-designed kit and manages to utilize a lot of stock mounting holes. The blower bracket uses longer bolts and there are a few other pieces of hardware to mount the intercooler, but it's all included.

The wear spots on the pipes aren't bad at all and they should be just fine. I've seen people put padding between the pipe and other surfaces for extra insurance, but the rubs on the pipes appear to be minor and strictly cosmetic.

those spots are not a metal blemish or due to over-use or anything like that. those rubs will be there after you install a brand new kit. trust me, i know. all that plumbing is so close to other factory parts, ie. valve cover, radiator fill cell, ect. that it would be damn near impossible to install it without rubbing, much less after you drive it for a while.
