I sprayed some Goo-Be-Gone (Goof-Off or WD-40 will also work) and let it soak for a day or two. Grabbed one corner of the panel and slowly started to take it off. Used a blow-dryer and thin plastic spatula in areas where the tape was stubborn. Some people use fishing line to saw throught the tape, didn't go that route this time, but it will work. Just need to make sure you don't scuff the clear-coat.
