i honestly do not know the offset of the wheels, however they're perfect for the mustang. sorry i do not know.

Any photos of the scratches and how they look on the car with the offset (basically from behind the car to see how far they stick out). FYI, I can see all of the photos posted so far.

here's a pic from the rear...this is the only one i've got to show offset. i don't have any pics of scratches as they really don't show up well because they're quite small, but i might try take some tomorrow and see if it shows up.
