Thanks, when the funds come in this is what i'll be doing i guess. I wonder how install is $ wise. I can install a few things myself but some of these parts i would rather have a shop do.
buy a wrench if you need to, you can install the swaybar and panhard bar by yourself. You shouldn't even need to jack up the car if it's not lowered.

What about like an upper control arm? Seems like that would be more difficult?

It's a real poor design of the rear end suspension. Three link suspension set-ups, even with the rod are inherently unstable, and always will walk-around turns on the power and with a bump - just like the ole leaf spring set-ups. Ford could have done the design better with a four link set-up.

I would avoid he CHE control arms. They don't have grease fittings, which makes proper maintenance difficult. Also on the lowers the bushings aren't offset like they should be (though I heard they may have, addressed this latter issue).

I'm looking into the BMR LCA's right now. Just one question: which are stronger?........the tubulars, square cast, or billets? I was thinking the tubulars would be best.....and they are the cheapest. But are they the strongest?

I've been thinking of adding my own grease fitting, shouldn't be to difficult.

If you're handy with that sort of thing, no problem. Pop out the bushings, drill and tap the housing with the proper size threads. Re-insert bushings, and screw in the Zerks.
