hold the middle with a small wrench and then use another wrench to tighten

Is there anyway to accurately torque down those upper fasteners? The problem with using a torque wrench is I'm using a deep socket to fit over the entire thing, and there's no space I'm will to put a wrench on because the entire thing is threaded. I'd rather not put a wrench on threads. Personally.
