Default LCA relocation brackets

Just ordered Steeda struts and springs. Will I need the relocation brackets? What exactly are they for?

Relocation brackets are a must when your ride height is changed and you have non-adjustable LCA's. Even with a mild drop like I have, I use the top hole on the brackets.
