This looks like the best of both worlds... Reduced NVH of a poly bushing, and no bind articulation of a rod end. Is anyone using one of these? What do you think of it in terms of perfomance and noise level?

I've never seen that one, I have the HotPart adjustable UCA which has a poly ball bushing. Still pretty quiet, and no binding in turns, with a much tighter rear end.
Price for the HotPart is a lot less as well

I had it on my car. When I first bought my S197, suspension goodies were limited.
The first problem with it is that the size of it causes contact issues with lowered cars.
The second is that it needs to be disconnected to be adjusted.
The third is the reduced compliance will destroy your diff side bushing in short order.
Mine is now a paper weight on a KW Engineer's desk.....
