I own a 2005 Mustang GT. For my suspension I have the Eibach Pro Springs, BMR Panhard and LCA's (adjustable), and LCA relocation brackets. I have the BMR UCA- it's going to be installed with this round of mods.
I use the car as a Daily Driver and I have 20 inch rims- needless to say the ride is rough. I want to add some comfort to the ride- so I'm thinking of redoing the struts and shocks. I'm going to order:
Toxico HPs
Steeda Caster/Camber plates
Should I bother with new mounts? Also, are there any other parts I need for the install?

Wow, all of this for a DD. It will be a noisier ride for sure. From your list, I recommend getting some new strut mounts. If you want to stay cheap, the GT500 strut mounts are a perfect replacement.

I'd recommend Koni STR.T over Tokico HP's. Much better built damper with a way, WAY better warranty. And the valving is better too. And just so you know that I'm not telling you that for any reason beyond wanting to put you on the better part--I carry both (and other) brands.
The HD mounts are a good idea, I keep them in stock because we use so many. Adjustment, but still good road isolation vs. full race camber plates.

I'd recommend Koni STR.T over Tokico HP's. Much better built damper with a way, WAY better warranty. And the valving is better too. And just so you know that I'm not telling you that for any reason beyond wanting to put you on the better part--I carry both (and other) brands.
The HD mounts are a good idea, I keep them in stock because we use so many. Adjustment, but still good road isolation vs. full race camber plates.
So for an extra $100 plus are the D-Specs worth it over the Koni STR.T's?
That gets a little more sticky..... Not a lot more for adjustment, but the STR.T's are damped pretty well for most folks. Not, however for everyone. Having run D-spec and Koni Sports back to back, there is marked difference in Sports as the D-specs left me with basically not much workable wiggle room in the rear--making them in a sense less "adjustable" because most of the range just wasn't useful, where much more of the range on a Sport is--and I'm not alone in that feeling as a number of customers have changed to Koni Sport from D-specs and found a similar change, to their liking.
So, it's a philosophical question. If you have an adjustable shock, but not a lot of it is useful, is it worth it? Add to that, Tokico is horrible on warranty, Koni is excellent and more often than not I recommend the STR.T's over the D-specs for street drivers. I do stock both, in fact both are in stock right now, so it's not a matter of my trying to push what I have vs. what I don't. In fact I think Koni Sports are the best if you want an adjustable, but the front are still out of stock nationally (what a pain in my ass).

THANKS! Very useful info. Wasn't sure which way to go. I think I'm leaning towards the Koni's.
