Cutting Rear springs...to level the car...(not a newb at cutting) but...
#41
idk, im not a fan of cutting springs, lowering springs are cheap, and easily found used if you are even cheaper.
considering how easy the rear springs in this car are easy to get out as it is, Id be uneasy cutting them shorter. took me like 5 mins to yank those suckers out when I put my K springs in

The springs as I cut them can not "fall out".
They sit way up inside a pretty deep well and with the shocks attached (limiting down travel of the rear axle), they do not get loose even when the axle hangs like if you "caught some air" on a fast hill crest. They are still long enough and stay tight enough so that you can't pull them out .... nor will they fall out.
But to anyone with lingering doubts that might interfear with their own enjoyment .... I'll be the first to say "don't do it".
