Default Track tips for koni yellow adjustment?

I finally got my suspension parts installed last week i ended up using koni yellows form Sam, along with steeda sport springs, J&M caster plates, and a J&M adjustable panhard bar. I am hoping some of you guys can share your adjustment tips with me for the shocks. For just driving around i have them on full soft, what would you guys recommend for the qrt, for autoX and for road racing? i know it will need fine tuned to each car, but a starting point would be appreciated.

I went with Sam's recommendation of 1 1/2 turns out from full soft on the front and 1 turn from full soft on the rear and it works pretty darn well!! I have the same shocks and springs in my car as you do. I pretty much keep them the same for street/autocross/trackdays. I don't drag race at all.

The setting(s) that you end up with is some function of how stiff your springs are.
