We won! :)

Yeah, I'm part of the team.
As of now, we have 5 races planned in the US for 2011 so the car is under my care for the full year.
We can't get that car accepted for Sebring or the Rollex though...
We'll have to modify another car (from a GT4) for those races but in the meantime we have our foot in the door and we can get some experience in the less popular tracks.
We're gonna be busy, as we're still gonna race around the world simultaneously...
There are good chances that I will attempt the 24hrs of Spa in July this year.
If you're around, you'll be able to get to talk to the team...

The motorcycle gig is ran by Marc Van Der Straten, who is the uncle of Raphael.
Same family but different team altogether.
Raphael is VDS Racing Adventures and that's who I'm involved with.
The team was resurrected from the days when the grand Dad started it in the 60s on Alfa 33.
He won the 1980 Cam Am with his own chassis and engine after failing with Lola cars and Chevy engines a few seasons prior.
Google it, it's fun.
Anyway this December, we're going to Road Atlanta with that Stang.
Should be fun...
