Bought 19" Rims, Wich Tires do you Reccommend? Help!
Greetings fellow Mustang enthusiasts
Im getting these wheels, the new Laguna Seca 302 Wheels in black for my 05' GT Stang
Front http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-raci...5-2012/p/W105/
and
Rear http://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-raci...5-2012/p/W106/
But now, im in the process to choose a good set of tires, what would you recommend?
Here´s some important info:
First of all, my car is lowered with the Steeda sport springs and the BMR handling package. My car is a daily driver
Second, i live in Mexico, Guadalajara to be exact, some tires or brands might not be available here but thats what i need to find out after i get recommendations
With my location in mind, we got a humid subtropical climate, so we get several months of rain but doesnt snow here. Also, living in Mexico, our streets are far from ideal... you get potholes every 10 meters on most places
Finally, reading other threads i saw these tire sizes: 255/35/19 front 285/35/19 rear, would that be correct for these rims or do you recommend any other sizes?

For the front I would recommend a 275/35 R19. Its a little wider with more sidewall to protect your rims from the bad roads. Once again on the rear, I bet you could fit a size thats wider with more sidewall.
I've read a lot of people saying that the BFGoodrich KDW II's (or NTs) are a pretty good tire and excellent in the rain. Only drawback I've consistently seen is that they are a bit noisy.
You can go on Tirerack.com as well and do some of your own research, they do a lot of reviews, and there are a lot of customer reviews as well. Discounttire.com is another site that has some more variety in brand names like Nitto.

if you do not have the wheels, i would learn more about tires and what you can get..
then decide on a wheel.. the 19inch size limits a lot.. not a good selection of tires or sizes, and way more expensive that the 18 or 20 inch size..
beers

Thanks for the info so far guys! ill surely check that website parchisi!
Swoope, i got already the rims, but unfortunately it would seem, at least after a quick internet search on local sites that its gonna take a while to find some nice tires... still, im gonna search over the week locally for different options

Ok, i started looking locally and so far, the only decent set i found were these:
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 245/40/19 & 285/35/19
Searching over the forums seems to be a good choice, and the cheapest price ive got is like $1500 for the full set
