I think there are some restrictions on this for F-Stock. You can use Ford's service procedure, which means you have to follow it exactly, holding to any limitations in it and using only the specified Ford parts. Sections 13.8.b and 13.8.e.

Best single mod is probably the Koni "yellows", even if it's a stretch or you have to hold off a bit for the $ reason. They'll work just fine with an otherwise stock suspension or if you only upgrade the front bar, just that with all or most everything else stock you probably wouldn't set them quite as firm as if you'd stiffened more suspension bits.


Further up the food chain - and probably over twice as pricy as the Konis - is AST. Those might be overkill for a car that mostly sees street driving.
