I ran my koni's at two full turns on all four corners last weekend and had no issues at all. The car responded perfectly. For daily driving it run them all full soft since I have to drive over a lot of speed bumps. Thanks for all the advice.

how long does it take you to adjust the settings on them? I'm not sure what you have to dismantle to access them etc.

5 seconds? Takes about as long to open the hood or trunk to gain access.. You dismantle nothing. The adjuster is at the top of the damper, front and rear. Find the top of the shock, put the **** on and turn.

And what springs would those be, please? I'm looking for a set just like that.
They are hyperco 2.5" coilover springs (8" up front and 10" in the rear). I got my Konis from Sam and used the Ground Control coilover conversion kit that I had been running on my Tokicos.

Very true. Honestly on the road course I didn't notice a difference in times--the Tokicos aren't a bad damper by any means. But...on the street is where I really like the Konis more. My local roads are awful. Not potholed, chopped up awful like I used to see on the East coast, but instead lots of higher frequency sharp bumps that were hell with the Tokicos--I just couldn't find the sweet spot given how the rebound and compression is coupled.

Now, these stretches of road still suck (can only do so much with the live axle), but the Konis have really taken the edge off.

Wonderful - thanks for the explanation! Do you have to remove the spring seats (cut and grind) from the Koni's to install Jay's conversion kit?

I did, but I don't think it is required. It just makes height adjustment easier (and makes them lighter).
