Again, depends on how well you want things to work. STR.T's will do that job better than stock or cheap-o replacements (and light years better than Monroe's...) But you are dealing with a short spring and just like the little shock on your screen door can't do much in little movements, shocks on the car as similar. They work by dragging a piston through oil. The less movement when it's meant to have a lot, the damping the shock generates is low.
I think STR.T's might be fine for you, but I know I prefer the damping levels that I can get (and use) with Sports... that's personal. Most folks like them as long as they understand what they are getting. Some folks have gotten them, and later moved to Sports wanting more.

put in an order for str. t's and ultralight springs :]
depleted my funds entirely :[ need to save up funds for strut mounts and a panhard bar before I throw em on. this is going to be torture in the mean time.
