Default Need help with good deal on brakes/rotors

Two years ago I purchased front/rear slotted/drilled Autospecialty pads/rotors for my 2007 Mustang GT, and I was really surprised at how well they worked, but after putting them through a beating, they did the obvious and started to warp.

The brakes came from brakeoverstock.com but now he only sells Callahan. I have no idea if these are better or worse.

Anyway,
1) Is it alright for me to get the rotors reground or will they rust like crazy after? I honestly don't know how to check which is warped though. Also, since it is warped, did that ruin my pads so they would need to be changed if I reground or replaced the rotors.

2) Does anyone have experience with Callahan brakes? I know, I know...I get the joke.

3) Do you recommend different pad/rotor sets or individual that would not break the bank?

I just need some insight.
Thanks all
