That's a good question. I think if you get a tuner, that tuner is program for the one car only and not sure if you will be able to use it for another car. I could be wrong, but i'm about 70% confident on that....

That sucks, I may need to make a few calls and see what I can find out then. If i could reuse it, that will be one of my next upgrades.

I'm thinking about getting these tomorrow. I really wish the UPR guy would chime back in about the panhard bar. I'm clueless if I need it or not, and I'd like to order it with these.

My Hitachi Impact wrench is one of my favorite tools. I don't use it very often, but when you need it, it really pays off!

But is it necessary right now? I don't mind spending the dough, but i'm just an icecream maker, I have to be careful how I spend my limited mod money! hahah

It's necessary only if your axle went badly off-center when you lowered it and a tire can be made to rub at all or you have created some other sort of interference. Those are conditions you have to fix.

But it's a good thing even if your axle is only a little off-center. A little bit better technically as well as being better visually. I suppose at this level it's kind of optional and depends on how far off it is and how fussy you are about such things (for a DD-only car, I'd fix it at 1/2" off, ignore it at 1/8", and probably flip a coin at 1/4").

Handling "feel" may improve.

You mentioned adding a rear sta-bar a while back. You really want to do front and rear bars as a set, because your front bar is probably too "light" to match most any rear bar you'll find. You don't want your daily driver to be too "loose" (aka tailhappy). You being a student with limited mod money, maybe look into craigslist or newtakeoff.com for OE GT bars.

You don't "need" the adjustable panhard bar, but it's strongly recommended. The axle on our cars shift over toward the driver's side when you lower them, and at around 1.5" drop or so it becomes visible without even taking measurements.

Here's the PHB I'm using:

Sorry for the delay. If you don't have a rear swaybar on your car, adding one will certainly add a noticeable amount of front grip when you're pushing it in the corners.

Ok I've ordered the Shelby sway bars, they should be here next week. The next thing ill pick up is that phb once I get paid again.

After that, is there anything I will need? I'm planning on saving up for a totalled GT and doing a 4.6 swap, but I want to make sure my car doesn't need anything else in the mean time so I can put 100% of mod money towards that.

Thanks for the help everyone.
