No, not this weekend. I was there about 3 weeks ago. I'll be doing TWS on May 18-19.
I'll be there with a buddy in his '12 Boss 302.

Sounds like a cool experience. I'll check out the link.

Frankly all this is just for my own knowledge. I would like to know the limits of the car, not so I can push them, but so I am more confident in the car at any speed.

Plus who doesn't want to throw their car around a corner every once in awhile? We bought Mustangs, not minivans.

Look into Motorsports Ranch in Cresson. They host a number of DEs there, and that's what you need to do to get started learning to drive on a track. Autocrossing is great, but the limitation there is less seat time on a given day.
I agree with the other posters' advice - no need to modify the suspension or add any performance upgrades art this stage - just change your brake fluid to something that tolerates higher temps and also consider upgrading your brake pads.
I was in about the same boat the OP was about a year ago. 30+ track days and two track cars later I can say you'll love every minute of it. Be very careful, it is quite addicting!
