Was it in a bmr control arm? I kept tearing up their bushings on my pan hard bar. I gave up and switched to a different manufacturer and no problems since.

There are a couple of spherical bushings for the axle side. Steeda makes one, so does spohn, I think. It would be easier to install, because you don't have to burning, drill, curse out the stock rubber bushing.

Did I mention that I love this mod! The car is just so much more fun to drive by changing this one simple bushing. I've been pushing it in the corners trying to get what they call snap oversteer, but so far it's business as usual, just with less body roll.

I would get a clunk if I didn't rev match perfectly on my downshift to 2nd, that is completely gone. I think the pinion was moving a lot with the stock bushing and now it barely moves at all. I should probably recheck my pinion angle and raise it up a bit.

Yes. In their defense, BMR was great about it. Sent me a new bushing no questions asked. Still, it made me uneasy. I replaced the bushing and sold the LCAs then switched to rod-ends. I still run BMR's extreme antiroll and it is awesome.

They did me the same and I sold the pan hard bar with the 3rd set of new bushings.

Ouch. Yeah, my panhard bar is rod-end also. My NVH is pretty bad, but it's not a street car so it doesn't bother me.

Sharad you should be paying me for advertising, lol. But seriously, you guys make excellent rod-end components. I'm slowly but surely getting all the slop out of my car.

Everything I've read say you want the spherical bearing at the body for the most articulation. That won't matter on your car though.

I'm going to keep the Che upper control arm and just replace the poly bushing with the spohn del-sphere joint.

It definitely needs more articulation. I jacked up one side of the rear and the other side barely goes down.
