As I was preparing for last Sunday's autocross event, my passenger side c/c plate bolt stripped out. I installed the plates in Feb '13 and with just one event on them. Before anyone says anything, I torque everything w/a torque wrench. I learned my lesson the hard way years ago when I stripped out a lug nut. I have owned/used torque wrenches ever since. So...called Maximum (Brian answered the call), explained the problem, and they shipped out a replacement stud plate with hardware the same day at no cost to me. Replaced it today and all is well. They sell quality stuff which is why I buy their products. I understand a dud will come off the assembly line from time to time so I wasn't concerned because I knew they would take care of it. Which they did. Great products, great customer service!
