Default Anyone making their own bushings?

Just kind of curious about delving into it myself. the rear sway bar linkage bushings have "egged" out and shrank. Can't find any replacements anywhere so I'm thinking about casting them myself.

My plan right now is to make a buck of the bushing with the proper dimensions, make a plaster mold, and pour my bushing from that.

I have plenty of experience in smooth casting resin and proper mold making but don't know how to apply it to bushings. Anyone have some experience?

If I was using the stock bar that'd work. I'm using the Shelby terlingula bars and they've been discontinued.

I made my own. For the rear bar I machined them from Delrin. For the front bar I made them from Urethane bar stock.

Rear with custom made drop bar.

Would the delrin be too stiff for a daily driven car?

I think I've seen your work before, didn't you also make that watt's link yourself? the work looks awesome.
