Went to the track and kept sliding through first and second gear. Besides obviously needing slicks is there any other mods I should get suspension wise? how should I set the rebound and compression on my coilovers?

LCAs and a UCA. You've got to play around with your adjustment clicks on the KW coil-overs. Just my .02 cents.

Definitely lower control arms. It is recommended to have at least one end be some sort of spherical joint to prevent binding. I upgraded mine and it made a world of difference in my traction. It's a really easy upgrade to install at home and definitely worth any price.

Yup. UPR control arms. You can keep your shocks fairly stiff, but loosen up the REBOUND side of the struts. That's what I do with my Konis and my '06 hooks hard.

Just the front. You want the rear end to stay down, and the stiff rebound on the rear shocks will keep it down. But loosening up the front rebound will let the front end rise.

I would work on adjusting the bump (bottom) on your v3's. Our mod's are similar with the exception of cams and I have no traction issues. I have 305 super sports and I cannot spin them with my "track" setting on the c/o's
