Default Little upgrade and coilover trouble fixed:)

I finally got to install my spring replacement to see if they would improve driving comfort, we switched from 10 front and 8 back to 8 front and 5.5 back, very noticeable difference the car doesnt hit hard there is much more smooth travel between bump, less stiff less harsh, i wasnt able to see how it now react in agressiv cornering and agressiv launch cause of the rain but the most important part was to get a reasonable ride comfort, mission accomplished

Now, my uncle has a big inventory of pieces coming from smashed mustang, i found out in one of his huge storage warehouse a full shelby suspension from a 2008, he made me a great deal on the brembo and rotor, they look great and improved the braking system alot, very happy overall, weird thing is they werent logo'ed brembo on the face of the caliper?

Sure look like Brembo's from what I can tell in your 1980's grainy quality "took this from a 1.2MP 3.5" FDD based camera" Maybe they were repainted or powdercoated?

Nice job finding a set of Brembos! Now you're ready to hit the road course. Actually, hows the weather there? Will you have to wait until spring?

I need better front tire and the weather is actually getting too cold, next spring but ill bulk up the mustang this winter no doute, just not sure what power mod could i add on a M6, would have loved 4.10 but that would require to shift fifth gear at the track just before the line

I didn't realize you were drag racing. I thought you would have been road racing, hill climb, or autocross with those Koni's and Brembos!

One option for extending your gears in the quarter mile is tire height. If you swapped a second set of rims on with the rear tire being 28" tall, you should okay with gearing. Also, you could run a Boss intake manifold too, which shifts the power brand higher and rev to 7,300rpm.

Just some options- hope it helps!

I like drag racing, i have to look into lca and uca next,
with the suspension i got, I could give a try to lapping it look fun never did before, i was afraid of break issue but that is no more problem, boss intake sound good it just some tuner over here keep saying you wont see any gain with it.

We've seen solid gains within the power band using the Boss intake manifold, but it has always been at higher RPM. I can see where this intake doesn't fit some people, but it has a lot of good aspects IMO. If power isn't enough, it still shifts the power band higher, which allows you to stay in 4th gear for the track, like mentioned above.

Take a look at a few different build threads on the forum, with guys using the Boss manifold. I know there's a bunch of threads showing Pro's & Con's, which may help you decide!

I like the idea of bein able to cheat the rpm a bit if i go with this intake and 4.10
Ive read that upgrading gear and putting headers etc would be best if going with the intake which i already got upgraded, so ill see, probably will do
