285/35 on a 19x11 +35. rubs rarely some day i will go 305/30 rear
that looks really great, is that the starburst bronze from forgestar? it looks like anything wider would rub alot, maybe constantly with that rim width and that low of a car though.
they are custom root beer brown. I personally hate the color its way too dark soon i will refinish them. It may rub with a wider tire but there are ways around it. I plan on running a 285/30 on the front
Has anyone put 19X10 in the front with a 1" drop up front? Looking to do a square setup with 19X10 and 295/R19/30 tires up front
Offset options are possibly going to be limited to +40 or slightly below. I suspect that +42 might be a bit too much - it might clear statically and still have a light rub under hard cornering (minimum-width wheel fitments tend allow more lateral tire distortion in the corners that could possibly extend all the way up to get a light rub on the strut). It'll be close enough that the actual strut diameter and the locations of the knuckle mounting holes will matter.
19X9 42mm offset 6.7 back spacing with 275/40 I have around 3/8th of an inch between the strut and tire. Tire is 27.7

295/30-19 tires are very close in outer diameter to my 285/35-18's, and here's what the 285/35 on 18x11 looks like on an unlowered car ↓↓↓. Know that 285's on 11" end up being a little over 305 wide at what little passes for a sidewall bulge. I am at about -2° camber already. Hope the picture helps - there's an 0.025" shim-spacer behind each front wheel to cure a very light initial strut rub but I can't make the tire rub now no matter how hard I push the car on the track (over 1.2g in the corners).
I think there's room for an inch lowering, but I also think you'll want to go with springs out on the firmer end of the range of common lowering spring rates.
