Lighter aftermarket muffler's effect on rear suspension
Will the lighter aftermarket performance over axle systems like Roush and Kooks that are close to 20lbs lighter than the stock mufflers, make any
difference in the way the rear end's suspension feels/performs? Like going over speed bumps, etc...

Long Answer: If you are concerned about shaving weight in every possible location, then a -20 lb. change will definitely help with your weight shaving goal. Based on the total weight of a vehicle you would need to shave a substantial amount of weight to notice a difference in handling. Bags and gear in the trunk can easily weigh more than 20 lbs. so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

If you're one of those rare people who really could reliably distinguish vehicle dynamic differences between the two exhaust systems without knowing which was on the car you should probably consider applying for a position as a factory or race team test driver.

Theoretically there would be some small difference(s), just that they'd be too small for most peoples' butt-dynos to distinguish.
