hey sharon, are you a girl? got pics? (of the car! lol, but if you got pics thats cool too )
I would recommend the SR springs because they have a 1.5" drop front and back which looks the best imo. I was thinking about getting them but decided I want to keep my car as stock as possible aside from a few aesthetic mods to compliment the car.
good luck!

Both are progressive springs. SR has a slight more drop in the front. But the SR require the use of GT500 Strut mounts for them to seat properly. From the AM site..... "They will also fit 2011 and newer GT & V6 Coupes when used in combination with Ford Racing M-18183-C upper strut mounts". The SR spring is a really popular choice there.
The Eibachs do not require the strut mounts. Of course the stock strut mounts suck so replacing them is a very good idea when you pull the springs anyway.
Either spring you get you will also want to get an adjustable panhard bar to recenter your axle. J&M and BMR both make good ones.

Just go with the sr. they're cheap affordable and reliable, never heard any complaints. i had the eibach pro kit springs on my 2007, loved the drop, was about 1.5 inch front and rear. ride got bumpy since i was 75k on stock struts with the springs on 10k. either sr or eibach, doesnt really matter

Are you looking for a huge drop or slight drop? Also what size wheels do you have/plan on having? I ask because I have 20's, and DD my car so I went with Eibach pros due to only wanting to lower about an inch.

With a 1.5" drop you'll just need to get an alignment. You won't have to do camber plates or bolts. Hope this helps!
