Default Running a square setup with 295-35-18"

Crazy or stupid, is it possible, if yes, what should i expect? What about agressiv cornering/curve highway lane switching? Im running shelby gt500 2008 svt rims 9.5". The reason why im asking is, i have a CRAZy deal on 4 brandnew bf goodrich ta for a really ridicoulous price, if they could fit without too much sacrifice, i would maybe try them out but i though some expert should be able to easily make me forget the idea? Oh and im on coilover dropped 2" but the front is so stiff there is no way i can imagine them getting in contact with the fender.

10" wide wheels are the minimum recommended wheel width for those tires, and 10.5" is the preferred width.

Mounting them on 9.5" wheels is likely possible, but sub-optimal. You'll be sacrificing handling and likely tire wear as well. Short of possible clearance issues though (the tires are going to bulge beyond the wheels edges by quite a bit), I doubt there's any real hazzards involved.

I have 285/40/18 Nitto NT555 on 18x10 et 43mm with Steeda Ultralites. No rubbing in the front and I have about 7mm clearance with the front struts.

The narrower 9.5 rim will squeeze those 295 and make them a little skinnier and the may fit, worst case besides the compromised handling already mentioned, u may need a spacer.

For autocross I run 4 x 295 35 18 goodrich rivals on steeda 9.5" rims. I have frp 1" drop springs. The fronts barely rub at full lock, but it's not really an issue.

295's will work on 9.5" wide wheels, they'll bulge out but they'll work. Question is will the fit inside that front fender of yours? The answer is likely no. I've got 275's up front which is pretty much maxing it out.

You can always do what I did; get 1 pair and try them on the front, if they work buy a 2 nd pair, if not, use them on the back and get a pair of 275's for the front.

True. I already bought two of them for the back. Will switch them front for testing
