Hey,

I was just wondering, what would stop me from being able to install 2011-2014 STR.T struts on a 2006? Is there anything that would absolutely prevent this or make it unsafe?

I saw a great deal from somebody that seems to be upgrading to yellows but they have a 2012...

Based on the research I have done, the only difference is between the front struts on the 2005-2010 and the 2011-2014 is the top of the strut and the strut mount needed. To put an 11-14 strut on your car would also require either 11-14 strut mounts or aftermarket 11-14 castor camber plates. The rear shocks are the same for all years 2005-2014.

That was my inkling, I think I'll take a shot with them for the amount the guy wants for them, I'll need to get new rear struts too, but they're a lot cheaper than the struts are new.

I just did the exact opposite. 2005-2010 Koni yellows and gt500 strut mounts on my 2013. I didn't want to mess with camber bolts or plates. GOOD LUCK!!!
