Default Noise and "issues" from the rear...

So about 2-3 weeks ago I got new wheels and a panhard bar was supposed to come with it, came a week later, but after I put the wheels on I've noticed a substantial amount of thuds/clunks when going over even the smallest bumps. When coming to a stop sometimes it feels like the rear axle is "skipping" so to say. The panhard bar is tight and nothing else is loose. Wheels are on properly and I can't figure out what it is. I haven't taken it to a mechanic yet. Just thought I'd ask here first and see if it was an easy fix or not. As always suggestions are appreciated!

The adjustment "nut" came loose on mine once, and it made all kinds of annoying racket. It can be hard to tell right off the bat if it's loose until u put a wrench to it.

yeah it's the SR adjustable bar. By the nut are you referring to the bolts that screw into both ends or the nut on the bolt that holds the bar in place? Thanks!
