Yes the GT500 is selling for over sticker but I guess if you have the extra cheese to make a mistake of paying 12k over sticker when people are now getting them for 7k over that is just retarded. I know first hand which is why I brought the 7k figure up...

6 speed versus 5 speed and lower ratio box. Mixed with more power. Likely helps traction as well having the 3.31.

if anything the 6 speed would allow a shorter rear ratio and a tall 6th to make up for it on the highway.....
