Congrats, are you looking for 625 rwhp or at the crank? At the crank try cai with a good tune and smaller pulley. rwhp is another story, its going to cost more than $5K to get that kind of hp. I just dyno my gt500 with a Bama 91 race tune with JLT carbon fiber cai. 491rwhp & 468torque, at the crank it would be 577hp. Good luck

you are assuming your crank HP is 577 based on what, 15% drivetrain loss?? I have read and seen where the gt500 is avg more in the line of 12% parasitic loss...so with that in mind 625 BHP can get you 550rwhp........ to get that you can get a smaller pulley...CAI...and custom tune from a reputable tuner....

That's about average power increase for just a CAI/tune. If you can get near 500rwph for about $700 it's well worth it. Also, they are easily removable for service visits. When my warranty expires, maybe I'll do a pulley. I've heard 12-15% loss for manuals, 15-18% for automatics. It's really hard pin down parasitic loss because of all the variables.
