Default 2k = ???hp

I just bought an 07 mustang Shelby gt and I have 2k to put into it at the moment. I want the most power that 2k can buy. What are you suggestions for me to get the most bang for my buck?

Headers alone are 1500.

IMO the best thing you can do with 2k for HP is

CAI 300~
Tuner 450~
Pulley and Idler ~ 200
Heat Exchanger ~ 450

All that will net you a reliable 110 hp boost. Then you have a few bucks left over if you want someone to install it.

Lethal Performance and Evolution Performance both sell those parts as kits so you can save a few sheckels.

he has a *shelby gt* not the GT500

i would get

Headers

Tuner

axel backs *thats in case you dont like the way it sounds now *

and save the rest for a super charger . . you do not need a CAI you already have one. . you also do not need gears your already have 355 . . you could change them to 410 but thats up to you
